I purchased 3 Samsung Appliances in November for my kitchen that was being remodeled. I did not install the appliances until January 2020. I am missing 2 small parts on the dishwasher. These are the 2 gray plastic caps that go inside the door. I contacted Samsung Warranty and after several hours on the phone, got my registration completed and was told that the 2 parts that I needed would be shipped and I would receive them in 5-10 days.
After waiting 3 weeks, I called customer service back and was told that the order was cancelled and that my email was incorrect. That is why I was not notified. I do not believe that.

St this point I have 3 Samsung Kitchen appliances in a remodeled kitchen and I cannot use the dishwasher because I am missing 2 parts that probably cost 15 cents apiece. My case number is 5124599300.

If you cannot correct this and ship me the parts, I will return all of the Samsung Appliances to Home Depot and in addition let people know on Social Media how bad your customer service really is.

I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this corrected. I paid cash for the appliances and I am not being treated fairly by Samsung.
