Bob Harland sent a message to Lee KunHee that said:

I sent a S7 in for repair for the second time,
swollen battery. Told them i dont want this phone
back in my home my family and i dont wish to die
from my home burning down due to a phone fire.
They agreed to send me another phone first it was
a S7 Edge. then they mailed my old s7 back to me
repaired. I contacted samsung and mailed the phone
back. Now i have been told for all my troubles
they would be sending me a note 10 or note 10 plus
im not sure that was over a week ago and still
nobody can figure out what is going on with a
phone for me. This whole ordeal has been going
on for over a month now. I have been without my
phone. I paid good money for my S7 and it has been
a issue since i got it. I have been able to get
nowhere with samsung support. Each time i call its
another 24 to 48 hours and we will contact you
with nobody contacting me back. I need a phone
in my hands asap. I need some help with my issue.
