Mr. Kim: I want to first say that I have been a consumer of your companies products for quite some time. I believe you all make some of the best cutting edge products on the market. I wanted to reach out to you about a specific product we have in our home where I think you all did an excellent job on almost all of this fridge but missed on one design flaw. This was obviously not on purpose and I know you all are muc better than this but I have an issue with my ice maker, and the fridge pooling water all over the floor from under the drawers. We have tried to fix it to now avail. I started googling a solution and see this is not a one off product. I love your brand but this fridge was very expensive and my wife and I saved our money to get the best from you. I am requesting some assistance in finding a solution. We would love to replace this fridge with a unit like this one just made in the expert way you all are know to make products.
