My phone started getting a Small red Smudge for last 12-15 days which is now increased. My Warrenty was valid till 3rd of this month. As i am a senior citizen & had fever for last 10-15 days ,i did not want to risk going to the centre at Vashi- Sanpada. Today when i visited & got a token first as W0016 & then got converted to WO021 ur technician informed me that my warrenty was over a week ago & now it could be repaired at a charge of Rs 4300/- I & my family hav been using ONLY SAMSUNG FOR LAST 15+ YEARS & hav always bought SAMSUNG as in the past i never had such a experience. I hav always upgraded my phone because of features & NEVER because of performence . IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE GET MY REPAIR DONE FREE OF COST AS A SPL CASE BY EXTENDING MY WARRENTY JUST FOR A WEEK.
As the Delay was due to the current Pandemic & as all Govts & co's r giving spl concessions for this request u to pl accommodate my request.,
