My transaction number is 4152872089. I own and manage 12 rental homes. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and started having trouble with it 4 months ago. For 4 months, Samsung has stalled resolving this. I have been told for weeks that it is in "the final stage of approval for a refund check to be sent". That never moves forward. Every week I am told "someone will contact you in a day or 2" and nobody ever does. I have emailed, I have messaged, I have texted and I have called. Every time, I ask to speak to a manager who can resolve this. Every time I ask, I am told I can not speak to a manager because they are unable to give me a number or transfer my call to a manager.
This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I don't mind that this brand new refrigerator is bad. I understand that happens. However, the lack of access to customer care and lack of movement in my case is completely unacceptable. I have literally called over 30 times for this one issue and it never gets any further than; "We will contact you soon." When I ask for a manager, they simply hang up. It's unbelievable that any company could have such terrible customer service.
Today I finally decided that I have had it with Samsung, and I promise that I will never, ever purchase another Samsung product for any of my rental homes or for my personal home.
