But please don't underestimate the power of common person. If you guys are not in a position to do justice and if your'll feel what you and what your service centre is doing with customers is correct then I can even face this legally and sort out the issue.
Might be in SAMSUNG only BLIND, DUMB & DEAF people work in the top management and thats the reason why noone is in a position to handle customer grievances.
Each and every expenditure i incur will be recovered from SAMSUNG..
