I am copying relevant portion of the mail received by me on 10.12.2019 for resolution of my above complaint:

"We once again request you to give us an appointment so that we can depute our service engineer to carry out necessary repairs for satisfactory performance of your product.
As goodwill gesture we can offer 12Moths warranty extension on unit with repair service.
This proposal is valid for 7 days only.
In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for exchange or refund of the above said product.
We value your relationship with Samsung and assure you of our best services, always!"

First of all I must appreciate that after my second reference to CEO desk I get a response in promised time, this by no means is an achievement and gift for me from SAMSUNG.

Now with reference to your offer I must tell you that your said product developed that snag within one and the half month of my purchase and was attended by your service engineer few times but nothing happened to the issue which remain unresolved, even despite repeated mails to service team and their message for attending of product by Service Engineer no one turned-up and I had to follow it several times.

However, I must tell you that I am fed-up with SAMSUNG Service and customer support team. I really don't want to go through that phase again even with a remotest chance and I am more than 100% sure that your product can't be repaired. In the end I must tell you that I have not spend my hard earned Rs 40000-45000 to get a product which require major repair within one and the half month and then go through all this trauma.

I, therefore, most humbly decline to accept your offer and demand the replacement of product or refund of my money, whatever suits you. You are a very big company and I am a small customer, with no value for you. One unsatisfied customer doesn't make any difference but I have also taken a stand of not allowing repair of your product with me. It's better for me to continue with this faulty product than getting it repaired by SAMSUNG.
