Your agent in Granada repair ref 18002179 has visited 6 times, fitted 3 circuit boards and a compressor, now needs to come back again to reprogram the unit. Each visit is a week apart, and bearing in mind we have not enjoyed the benefit of the comfort we expected, I find this a very poor example of customer service and a very bad reflection on your brand. Please can you help and get this issue finally resolved ASAP. It seems to me that a new unit should be fitted. I also believe we are entitled to some compensation for the fact it has never worked, also the installer Digital Vision should also be recompensed for their time and reassure over your brand as they recommend your products.
