Clyde Ash sent a message to Michael Jackson that said:

AutoNation,

I purchased this 2011 Mini Countryman from you 2 Feb 2019. Almost immediately after I drove off the lot, the check engine light appeared and stayed on. Being that it was after hours and my ride had long departed I opted to continue on my journey. I placed a call to Levian immediately and there was no answer. I left a voicemail and as of the composition of this email I have yet to receive a call from the sales inquiring the status of myself or the vehicle just sold. Knowing that I was not local and I had a haul ahead of me over 100 mi one would expect some level of courtesy. Apparently the “bag” (money) is the only concern at Auto Nation. Well attached are a couple issues with your Mini Countryman that needs to be sorted.

With you being closed on Sunday is the only thing that prevented me from dropping this vehicle back at your doorstep just on principle alone. The TPM (tire pressure monitor) maintains its illumination despite many effort to reset and the picture may reflect the reason why.

While driving at highway speeds a slow down for seemingly any reason causes a loss of power and is not restored until the car has been restarted. This is no way to operate a vehicle much less one just purchased with a claim of multipoint inspection. Honestly I have lost faith in Auto Nation to conduct business on the up and up. There were multiple red flags from my initial visit on Thursday GM Malone aggressive posturing and subsequent Saturday purchase that leaves me with serious doubts.

Seeing as I have to work I can not and will not hang out at your establishment while you sort thru issues you claim to have already done in the trove of paperwork provided. When your salespeople wishes you luck on a transaction one should take pause which i failed to do!
That’s on me.
