Dear Sir, I am a loyal Land Rover owner for over 12years now and during that period I have owned 3 different Land Rovers all purchased from your Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale dealership. Lately, I dont know what has happened, but I cant get any one to return any of my calls for a warranty matter on my 2018 Discovery. The front windshield is leaking rainwater and according to the Service Mgr., they have known about this problem on this particular model for a while. Yet I cant get anyone to tell me when the parts will be in to fix my car. In the meantime I have water leaking into my car. I am driving a submarine and not a car anymore. Who is responsible? Michale the Service Director doesnt call me back, Miguel the Service Mgr, doesnt call back and Sharone the Service Advisor doesnt call back either. Who is left? Please help.
