I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in they way your sales person Donaldo Blanco,Finance manager,and General manager at Autonation toyota of Weston in Florida..trick me and my family we just bought a second car from them..and it was the worst experience of my life...i trade in.a 2013 Rav 4 on the 21 st of November and still today the pay off was not done..but not only that i was told by my bank,that they have not even call to find out the payoff balnce, and now on top of all of that, I was told by your associate Donaldo Blanco. .that had to make the payment on the car which is at your dealership and they kept as a trade in..now i am paying for a vehicle in your possessions which belongs to Weston Toyota..plus i was told my next payment will be in January with my new 2016 Rav 4..which is find but why do i need to pay the other vehicle which i trade it in..
I am very upset, dissatisfied,disappointed, and feel i was lied too tricked ..with my family present after 8 hors at the Weston Dealership. .i have been treated like garbage..and no ones seems to care about the problem i got of making a $597 payment on a vehicle yor place kept as a trade in, plus i was told verbally that they could not get me the highlander lxe because of my credit..but if toyota finance it..after a year of paying i could go back and get 4.7% interest now i know will all the lying they did ..that they lied about that too...plis was forced to sign a waiver..that i could not return the vehicle that all,sales were final..i didn\'t have 3 days to return the vehicle if i was not happy with it..plus the General Managet was very rude and The Financial Manager very pushy and sales persom said 4 times to put on his survey that he did an awesome job..when he didn\'t. .but he said his job depends on that survey.
