Robert Silverberg sent a message to Michael Jackson that said:
I purchased a 2019 Chevy Volt from Chevrolet Greenacres, and two of the dealer installed accessories are not as represented.
One accessory was not installed correctly ( a rear window shade ), and the second accessory, a garage door opener ) does not function as intended to both rolling and fixed codes.
Chevrolet says that since they are dealer installed, it is up to the dealer to make good, and Greenacres Chevrolet ignores the issues and refuses to do anything about the problems.
I have purchased numerous cars from other AutoNation Dealerships both in Florida and Philadelphia.
I have left three messages with your corporate customer service representatives, and not a single one has been returned and there has been no effort on the part of AutoNation to help to solve my problems.
As a Philadelphia Attorney, I am totally unhappy with the treatment by Greenacres Chevrolet, and also to your corporate customer service in not responding to my calls for help.
This is no way to treat a customer !!!!
