Don Manuel sent a message to Michael Jackson that said:
Mr. Jackson - my daughter was interested in purchasing a new Honda from your dealership in Mobile AL. Management presented a price on Saturday. My daughter wanted to contact State Farm to determine the interest rate and said she will follow up on Monday. When she contacted the dealer they reneged on deal and would not return our calls. We purchased the identical car from another dealership. We will never do business with Auto Nation again.
