Judy Martinson sent a message to Michael Jackson that said:
Mr. Jackson,
My husband and I had an appointment this past Saturday with a sales person at your White Plains Land Rover dealership. When we arrived, I had been directed to ask the receptionist for the sales person. First, there was no receptionist. We then asked another sales person and they called to have our contact come to the sales floor. When he arrived he said he was with someone else and asked us to wait. After waiting, we noticed that he then went and started talking to another customer outside. Throughout this time no one invited us to sit, offered us anything (ie coffee, water). In addition to this, I am a two time cancer survivor and most of the staff were not wearing their masks, including our contact who I had to ask for him to wear it.
I have a Jaguar from another dealership owned by the Penske Group. I had visited your dealership when I was looking and also did not get the greatest treatment. The Penske-owned dealership is much more professional, accommodating and easy to work with. After this experience, I will never consider your dealership for sales again. We also have not heard from the dealership since.
I do want to say that the service department is much better and I have had good experiences with them.
I hope you take this seriously as I can only imagine how many other sales have been lost due to the poor management of the sales team.
Thank you,
Judy Martinson
