My daughter went to your Pembroke Pines Location on 2/12/19 because her tire light kept coming on and to do an oil change. She brought with her a 10% coupon. The Service person then told her that she needed additional things to be done and had her sign off on it. She then found out that it was going to cost her around $1000.00. She called me panicking about the cost. I told her to call them right away and tell them to do nothing until her dad looked at it. When she called them she was told it was to late that they had already done $800.00 worth of work. She went straight over with a friend to find that her car was in the same spot she had left it. Nothing was done. Had she not gone over immediately after talking to them, they would have worked on it and she would have been responsible. We have always taken our cars there and also purchased cars there. Because she was a girl they felt they could cheat and take advantage of her and she would believe them. I no longer trust your company and would not recommend it to anyone. Is this your policy to rip off working people is this how you make your money. She also had to argue with the service person when picking it up. They told the service person that they would call the police or the media about their practices at this location. He then told them that he was thinking of another car. Funny how you mention the media or police and everything is settled. She always worked with someone else who she trusted but he was not available. Do they work on commission is that the reason. Very upset, annoyed and angry
