Danny Elton sent a message to Michael Jackson that said:
My name is Dan Elton and I live in Memphis TN. Today 11/14/19 my wife Diane was on the Costco website to search for a 2019 Honda CRV EXL. She was contacted by Robert Hampton a salesman from the Covington Pike Honda here in Memphis. She told him that she wanted the Costco price for the car. He told her $24,998 was the Costco price. She called me and I said that's a good price we need to go up there to look at it. When I get home I call and talk to a sales manager and he tells me they will honor the price that they have the 2020 coming in and they need to get the 2019 off the lot. Said they needed to talk to Costco and they would call me and they never did. Diane calls me and said they called her and now they won't honor the price that that price was for a used CRV. They lied about that because there isn't a 2019 used CRV on the lot. I have owned four Hondas in the past and still have two. That's bad business. I know nothing will come of this email but had to send it.
