My name is Stephen Klein. I will try to keep this short.
Recently I signed up for your double play offer.
The person I talked to told me it will qualify for a contract buyout. My monthly payment will be $107 and change and told me that Spectrum would pay for my early termination of $240.
The installer gave me a contract buyout paper and suggested I go to the Spectrum office in Hemet, CA and get help to fill out my paper.
I emailed a copy of my paperwork to MyCheck@charter.com. per spectrum instructions.
I received a confirmation e-mail that they received my e-mail and within 5 to 7 work days someone will contact me if they need any other information.
About ten days later I called the # from Spectrum.
I have called three time and the last person told me that I have to have your triple-play offer in order to qualify for your contract buy-out
The second time II called a representative told me not to pay my DTV bill because Spectrum will pay directly.
I am disabled veterans living on a fixed income and DTV has charged the closing bill to one of my Credit Cards.
Please help me get my $240.00 that I was told on more than one ocation
