I turned off my tv due to several issues with bill and package on March 20th. I have been overcharged. Today I received a call to start live stream tv again for 7 days free, and to pick my channels I did and when I got channels they were wrong so i called and was told they could not change it because my internet bill was past due, I explained my eye surgery missing work and would get caught up on May 31. I was told I could not get any extension even though it was free tv for 7 days and they could not fix their mistake so the supervisor Rasheed shut my tv off again at my request tonight and I will go try another tv service since spectrum doesn't work with their disabled low income customers who pay enormous amounts to watch the so called free channels.
