The service is unreliable and spotty - The customer service is just as bad . I get promised a phone call from the tier 2 tech team which never comes, repair appointments have been promised yet when the tech team was in my building on friday there was no work order.
Your customer service team needs an overhaul! This should be an embarrassment to your company. Unfortunately I can't cancel the services without leaving my building but believe me I would if I could .
You really need to take a look at how you provide customer service for services which promises a lot and don't deliver.
