Hi my name is Rhonda Donlin. I am extremely dissatisfied with constant lack of customer service I have received from your company. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. This recent incident involves customer service in regards to speed. I have never gotten anywhere near what I pay for, which is a lot of money. I get around 9 mbps when I pay for 100. Now they are rudely telling me that I need to go buy all new computers as they just don't work with your internet. My 2 computers are less than 5 years old. One is less than 2. In the past with this issue, they have been nice and said they would give me a monthly credit of $10 but I would have to call back every year and ask for it to be put on as they can only do it for a year. This is what I was doing this time. I have been getting the run around. I am a loyal customer but I am just about done with Charter. I would hope that you would want to keep a customer.
