@CharterNewsroom – Thomas M Rutledge – I am the owner of a Campground in Ulster County New York. Saturday of Memorial

I am the owner of a Campground in Ulster County New York. Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we had an outage of Internet and Cable services. I called into the service desk to report the outage and had problems making the report because we have about 7 account numbers providing service to the campground. Every time we have an issue we go through the problem of trying to get connected to the right office. When I finally got to the right person I was told there was nothing they could do for me till May 30th. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told its a holiday weekend and there are no supervisors available. I tried to explain that the outage we were experiencing was not unique to just our property, the other campground around the corner was having the same problems. We pay Spectrum too much money monthly to be told we are going to have to wait 3 days for a service tech. I thought Spectrum offered time limits of service outages for its business customers. I can be more sympathetic if this was a storm outage. After I got a couple of other business customers to call repairs were finally made. Why was I penalized because I was the first to report the outage? We rely on your internet service to run out company. I would be nice if we were treated like a business customer. Thanks Wayne
