I have had poor internet service for several months, they spent 3 hours of my time a few days ago "fixing it", it is the same as before. I had an appt today, waited for hours, they called and cancelled. I am a doctor, work crazy hours, cannot re-schedule until Aug 13th. I asked for a rebate on my internet service. I pay you folds almost $300 a month and you have no problem continuously increasing the expenses to me, but cannot fix anything. I was offered $25! What a joke. Honestly, you can keep your lousy money, just fix my internet so I can do the work I need to do. I hear that NYS is trying to throw Spectrum out. I usually do not agree with NYS, but........
