I know you have numerous responsibilities and that your time is limited. However, I must reach out to you for help on the following issue: On Friday July 6, 2018, I called Spectrum regarding the raise in price on my June 26, 2018 bill from 155.77 to 166.46. No problem explanation understood. The representative mentioned if I want to keep paying only 166.46 permanently I should go to Spectrum. My response was doesn't Bright house, and Spectrum fall under the same umbrella of Charter Communication? However, he never mentioned that I was in a package deal that was grandfathered under Bright House legacy. I learned this information in my conversation with Ms. Sultan, on Saturday, July 7, 2018. I believe it was an over- sight on his part. However, I said if nothing changes and I remain with what I have currently, call it Bright house or call it Spectrum, just as long as it remains with the same service and channels I currently have. He said everything will remain the same. Not true, when I went to watch Time Warner movie classic channel (53) on Saturday July 7, 2018 it was no longer available. I immediately called and spoke to several representatives the last person was supervisor Madina Sultan, and was informed I no longer could get TIME WARNER CLASSIC. It is my understanding that conversations are recorded so my recollection of the information provided by the representative on Friday can be easily verified. I would like to believe that a bait and switch was not attempted on me and that it was a miscommunication of facts that occurred. I would appreciated any help Charter Communications Inc. could provide to make me whole again, as I was on the morning of July 6, 2018 with channel 53 back on again.

Respectfully yours,
Ana Bianco
