I need someone to contact me immediately about the service Charter spectrum in Birmingham, Alabama. I have had 7 service technician alone in the last few months to try and fix my internet. i have to go to my bank to sign a affidavit, cause spectrum takes money out of my account whenever they feel like it. And the reps in billing are very rude, and unwilling to at least explain why they charge what ever they want and will not give explanation.
