Dear Mr. Rutledge:

My name is Cynthia Tew. I am currently a Spectrum customer. I am reaching out to you Mr. Rutledge due to the fact that it has become financially impossible for me to afford Spectrum TV and Internet services given the fact that by monthly bills just keep on getting HIGHER and HIGHER.

Unfortunately, I was recently laid off by my former employer and has reach out numerous occasions to Spectrum Customer Service/Billing Department to make someone aware of my financial situation and have requested a more affordable TV and Internet package with NO SUCCESS.

I would like to hear from someone from Spectrum, the company that you are in charge of to show me what is known as EMPHATHY and SUPPORT given my current financial circumstances. Mr. Rutledge, I am hoping that YOU will be that special someone.
