Mr. Rutledge I have had an account with your firm (roadrunner, timewarner & now spectrum) since 1980's. I am disappointed that I have had to call in everytime you raise my cable bill. I asked not to be placed on a program or contract...my bill has gone up through the years. Have you thought of a new PROGRAM for Classic clients that have kept their service, paid their bill and sticking it out during cable interruptions, billing errors, etc? When under time warner: I was told that my internet would be updated at no extra charge. Then when spectrum took over I received an increase & I called... I feel to shut me up; they put me on a program to keep my bill lower. So to my surprise the program i did not want but was placed on ended this year & my bill went up. Your customer service were great & quick to point out that I already have a discount; if I want the channels Tier 1 I have to pay more. There was no solution. I told them I cannot afford. Then they suggest I give up the DVR for a HD Box to reduce my bill. Through the years I have lost more than I have gain. Can you please help me?
