As a customer of Spectrum/Brighthouse for decades it is with deep regrets that I am terminating my use of your services. I do believe that your company is by far the best provider of customer service in today's market. But I have been priced our of the market. If there is any way I could get my current services down to a more manageable level I would jump at the chance to stay.Several calls to customer service have been rudely handled by your staff. I would be happy to discuss any details with a designee if there is a chance for resolution. Respectfully,
