@CharterNewsroom – Thomas M Rutledge – Mr. Rutlege: I am very upset with your company in March of this year I

Linda Siemer sent a message to Thomas M Rutledge that said:

Mr. Rutlege:
I am very upset with your company in March of this year I contacted the county and they told me your company services our area. I then called your company in Wildwood FL to talk about what we needed to do with wiring in our new house. I was given information and we followed those directions.

Then on May 19, 2018, filled o9ur a form online and someone called me took my order told me installation would be May 29, between 9 and 11. I did online because of the free installation that was advertised. Then I received a email telling me they were charging us for installation and our bill would be $160.00. I called sales to discuss this and found out my order number was someone else's and they stated they did not service our area.
I was told they service around us but 1,500 ft way and will not service our new home.

We went to the Wildwood Office to discuss in person and was told if we wanted your services we would have to pay for putting the wiring in ourselves .

How is this possible when your the provider for our community and I beleive from the FCC person i spoke are required to provide services.
