Mr. Thomas Rutledge
I'm from Fairfield Ohio, just north of Cincinnati and have been a customer of yours for a couple of years now and honestly happy with your service except for the bill.
I've noticed that my bill is almost $100 a month now so I started looking at Cincinnati Bell Fiberoptics pricing for internet and phone which is exactly what I have now.
Through them I can exactly what I have now for $64.58. So I decided to check your Spectrum website. and for the exact same thing I have now with you I could get it $64.98. So I called your customer service.
Although friendly, they told me they consider their pricing plans to be "very" competitive and that the $64.98 price is only for new customers
This sir. makes no sense to me. Why would you want a loyal customer to leave over a price that you'll only give a new customer.
I've been a loyel customer. I've only have one problem with your service and when all techs failed at fixing it the area manager actually came out to help fix the problem. Which I haven't forgotten and have stuck with you and told everyone about the situation.
I see no reason why I can't get $64.98 per month price but if you guys are really going to force my hand I will go back to Cincinnati Bell Fiberoptics.
