My name is Beverly Swan and I am a customer of Charter Spectrum. I have been having issues with my internet for at least the last four months which Charter cannot get straight. Why am I writing you? Because I am paying for service that I am not satisfied with. I have complained about my internet going in and out. They have been out they cannot find anything wrong. Something is wrong. I tried purchasing my own router that helped a little but I cannot use my laptop, tablet, android phone and the internet on my television with out it dropping. I am very frustrated and the bad part is that I like Charter internet because it is fast but it will not stay connected. All of my electronics are new and it has nothing to do with them. Please ask them to correct this for me. I am disabled and I spend a lot of time in my apartment and would like to have my internet working properly. Thank you.
