There is a spectrum sub-station behind the home that I have owned for 20 years. They have turned on 2 very bright flood lights that stream an incredible amount of light into the back of my house. The lights actually illuminate my house. They are blinding lights. I have made several calls to customer service to no avail. They tell me they will send a message to a field rep. Yet they have no work order# to give me. Tired of the runaround from customer service and tired from lack of sleep due to extreme lights pointed at the back of my home. I was promised a callback from a supervisor by the name of Shannon but that call never came. I need resolution to this issue. My next step is to go to NewsChannel 8 in Tampa to investigate. My last resort is to contact an attorney to file a cease and desist order.
