About 1 year ago, a woman and a young man solicited my neighborhood during SPECTRUMâs âback to schoolâ promotion. They both assured me by switching to SPECTRUM the promotion package price was âlocked inâ for 2 years. Here it is, 11 months into my contract and I receive a letter from SPECTRUM stating that my next statement will show my new monthly rate of $184.43. That is an increase of about $30.00 a monthâ¦more than I was paying with AT&T/DIRECTv before I switched. At these prices and after being lied to, just to get my business, looks as though I will be switching back to DIRECTv or maybe even try the DISH network.
Not a very honest way to do business.
Really disappointed. You would think that during times like we are living in now, company's such as your's would try to hold prices rather than raise them. I believe you lost me as a customer again!
