After four month I am still waiting for Spectrum to transfer my phone number, 407-658-9864, from ATT to Spectrum. I have called and had the phone cut off twice after reaching the transfer department. I have called six times, been promised repeatedly, nothing happened. I ordered a DVR twice, both times they were cancelled with no explanation. My sports channels went out today on the Spectrum app, no one can figure out why. Not a happy customer.
