Dear Mr. Rutledge, I called Spectrum to talk about changing our service today. I was on hold for over an hour and transferred four times, having to reiterate every time what I was wanting to do. I was almost to the point of saying, cancel it all! After an hour and 20 minutes, it was finally resolved. This was totally unacceptable. If we had any other company available that could service us, then we would be switching. However, as this is our vacation home in the mountains and you were our only choice. Very unhappy customer right now.....not a great way to do business.
