With all of this time on my hand due to the Coronavirus, I have looked over my cable bill, and have realized that I may be being billed for the same channels twice. I'm charged for "Starter TV" package and the "Standard TV" package for quite awhile now. I do not feel that this is right. At one time yes, I was able to plug a cable into the wall outlet and receive the lower band channels, and then I had to purchase a box . That was discontinued awhile back. I would like to know why I'm being billed twice for the same channels. Thank you for looking into this matter.
