Dear Mr. Rutledge, You know if I am writing to you that I must be very frustrated with Spectrum and I do not even have Spectrum. This issue has been on going for 3+ weeks, endless phone calls and time on hold and broken promises to fix and finish this issue.
I live in a small apartment complex and have one of the Spectrum hubs in my back yard. By the way, I do not even have spectrum. The techs are running and orange cord from the hub, pulled up some of my AstroTurf running the cord underneath. along my fence and under my gate. Along a step that they attempted to duct tape down. Along the fence and parking lot and around the complex. At 1st I didn't know where the cord was running. Now I know that it goes to the 2nd hub around the complex to keep the one in my yard working. This is all a hazard and to say the least not good workman ship. Not to mention the bit and pieces of wire that could have been stepped on had I not noticed them. Which by the way my little dog found a piece of wire and began to chew.
