@CharterNewsroom – Thomas Rutledge – Dear Mr. Rutledge As I watching TV the other day I received a phone call

Arlene Goromboly sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:

Dear Mr. Rutledge
As I watching TV the other day I received a phone call and saw SPECTRUM come across the screen. It was a personal identifying themselves as a representative. During the course of the conversation they offered me a reduced rate due to a special promotion. I specifically asked them if they were from Spectrum and they said Yes. I stopped the phone call when they discussed putting a disc on my roof. I tried to call my local Spectrum office several times -- always a 45 minute wait. Then I tried to connect on line with an agent always more than 15 minutes. All I wanted to do was discuss this bogus call What if I had a real problem I am concerned that I cannot get through to customer service. I am addressing this to you, as you need to be aware one, people identifying themselves as Spectrum representatives and they obviously are not. A lot of people will think this is a legitimate call. Second, your customer service response time leaves something to be desired
I am happy with the channel selection, my phone service and my internet response time. I do think your service is a little pricey, and someday I will probably have to cut something out to reduce my bill.
Thanks for listening.
