We have asked Spectrum to port 2 telephone nos. from another carrier and your staff has continually dropped the ball. My contacts at your company are Rick.Yancey@charter.com and James.Short@charter.com. The account number is 8448400263002839. Rick and James are not the problem, it's your system. They have to refer the order to some lady named Carla who insists the carrier is TW Telecom even though we have provided her a full CSR from the actual carrier, which is not TW Telecom. Oh yeah, if TW Telecom sounds familiar it's because you own it. Now you and I would think that should make it very simple for her to dispense with TW Telecom and go to the proper carrier. Apparently not. Your assistance is sincerely appreciated. Terry Dunn
