I am furious and really tired of getting mail in Spanish from Spectrum. I am a long time customer, this started with the beginning of the push to sell mobile phones. Apparently Spectrum does not know their customers! My last name is Italian and although my last name ends with a vowel I am not a Spanish speaker.
Furthermore, your advertising offends me deeply. Spectrum puts Spanish first, English, which is our official national language, is second. How dare you?! Iâm not a hateful person but this move is a big mistake by Spectrum.
