Dear Mr. Rutledge,

I am one of your customers in Santa Monica California. I have been having E-Mail issues for 3 months. I cannot log in, when I call your Support number 855 707-7328, I am on hold for up to one hour, then someone picks up and hangs up, which means I need to go through the process all over again. Worse I am told someone will call me and never does. In the mean time I cannot use my E-Mail and I am paying for this service..
I will be filing complaints with the FCC FTC and State Attorney General Kamela Harris, my representative Ted Lieu. I should not have to pay for this service when I am not receiving it and spending hours of my time trying to fix this issue
