Dear Mr. Rutledge,

I am still unable to get the internet service I pay for. It works fine on the weekend and stops working Monday thru Friday between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Two people from Spectrum came out on Friday and a few minutes after they left my services did not work. I have had a friend with a laptop come in and do a speed test and theirs comes out the same as mine. Of course, Spectrum said it was my computer, however, two iphones, two tablets, my computer, and my friends computers cannot get a speed test that will register more than a 29.5 download and a 0.2 upload. I have explained to Spectrum that I am out of business until they get this working. I realize that I'm probably not on your best side since I called the FCC, however, I cannot go on with no income.

I am asking you to please make something happen.
