I am writing about my email jfivelsdal@hvc.rr.comI since all my messages get bounced. This is extremely frustrating at this time I am not getting important messages and anyone having to send me an email is not happy with me.
I had been a customer of Time-Warner for a long time and as a result, the email in question is associated with every aspect of my life, I have spoken to customer service many times, call the complaint department and I am always pushed off to someone else. Today I called several times and got the run-around. The call dropped while I was speaking to a rep and he never called back. I left a message for a callback, still no callback. I am spending over $250 per month for various services and I think I deserve better service,
I sincerely hope you can assist me.
