I change my mobile phone service from Verizon Wireless to Spectrum Mobile. It has been a horrible experience trying to trade my old I phone. I have talk to several representatives concerning this matter. I have receive no help. There is complete confusion as how the trade in phone is handle. I would appreciate your help in this matter. I would to continue using Spectrum Mobile. If this matter is not solved, I will discontinue Spectrum Mobile and all other services that I have with Spectrum.
