Joyce Leggate sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I have been having problems with my internet and phone service, which apparently Spectrum can't resolve. I was actually told today by one of your company representatives that I haven't had any problems in the last 20 days. I write appraisals for a living and I am unable to function due to Spectrum being unable to provide me with nothing but intermittent service, sometimes. Just so you realize, I pay for these services every day...not intermittently and I work very hard to get them. I cannot get a promised day of repair when I will be up and running to give my clients some idea when they can expect their appraisal orders. It would appear that no one is responsible and managers and supervisors can't seem to provide the services consistently nor can they get the services fixed in a timely manner. Twenty days ago it took me 7 days to get internet and phone service. The supervisors I have dealt with are as follows: William Brownridge, Paul, Matt, Caroline and Luke. What do I need to do or who do you think might be able to fix this never ending problem? I'm so frustrated and losing money and clients every day I'm out of service. I spent 10+ hours for the incident I had twenty day ago and I have the exact same problem today and they can't even guarantee I'll be up tomorrow.
Please, tell me what I can do to receive better service.
