I'm a former Spectrum customer who had multiple Spectrum accounts, one in my home and one in my second home. I've currently relocated to live by my daughter due to multiple health conditions and needed to cancel your internet services.
The difficulty is with my Geneva,OH account (01097-256198401-9001) for which I'm being charged $217 for equipment that I did return. I've spoken multiple times with an resolution worker, but am still being billed for the equipment.
If possible, please try to resolve this issue for me.
