@CharterNewsroom – Thomas Rutledge – Dear Mr. Rutledge, Just to set the tone, let me say this: the internet services

Alain Belisle sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:

Dear Mr. Rutledge,

Just to set the tone, let me say this: the internet services provided by your company are abysmal. First the interruptions, then the fake capacity and falsified speed (the fraudulent claims prosecuted by the L.A. prosecutors).
Very much on the news. Don't think it went unnoticed.
Basically, you knowingly conduct fraudulent activities, just another mafia with a different name.

You know why your company has been investigated by prosecutors? Flooded with complaints? Because your technology is outdated. You would have none of these problems if you had invested in fiber, or satellite.

I am an engineer: you failed to keep with the times.
I have a business degree: you failed in stewardship.

You probably have a nice cozy position, highly paid, with plenty of subordinates to blame failures on.

Keep going, Mr. Rutledge.
Elon is putting a bunch of those little satellites up in the sky. Those pesky little things are the size of a shoe box, and they will put you out of business....

Cheers
