Marla Kallin sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
My brother, Lon Gellman, was a long time subscriber to Spectrum. Lon passed away, quite unexpectedly, on November 7 of this year.
My living brother has been trying to end his account with you. So far, he has been unsuccessful. He has been put on hold, has not gotten answers and has been told this is not possible.
We are not responsible for this account. We are merely trying to do the right thing and let you know of this. It should be an easy thing, done with care and sympathy.
Please help us to turn off our brother's account.
