Good Afternoon Mr. Rutledge, I was greatly appreciative about the quick response that I received concerning the illnesses of my family members which hindered me being able to catch up on some of the bills. I mad an agreement which kept to pay the minimum balance owed on the 14th. I was then informed that there was a minimum amount due again before the twenty seventh but due to the holiday I will not be able to pay until the 30th.
