How are you? As a businessman, I have to ask, how would you like your employees to constantly have to take time out of work, year after year for the same problem. I keep having to take multiple days out of work, because your TV service is horrific. For the TV alone, you are billing me $1600.00 a year. Double from last year. Each year I have to take multiple days out of work because there is pixeling, no volume, scrambling, and freeze frame. And every year, your idiot managers tell me that I have to be home to ensure it IS NOT in the house. Each year I tell them my husband works for Verizon, it is not in the house. I am BEGGING Verizon to come here. I write multiple times a year, and contemplating a petition to get them here. You cost me a fortune, not only for shitty service, but days out of work each year. What can you do to fix this?
