Good morning Mr. Thomas M. Rutledge. I'm sending this message to request Spectrum High Speed Internet and cable be installed in a house that my family recently built. We live in a community in Schertz Texas where housing areas surrounding us have the ability to connect to Spectrum. Although we've submitted many requests for service cable service managers in San Antonio Texas have not responded to our requests. My husband and I were Time Warner customers and signed up for Spectrum service after the merger; we've been customers for over 30-years. The service that we had at our previous home should easily transfer to our new home. Thank you Sir; we'll appreciate your assistance to get Spectrum high speed Internet and cable service connected in our new house.
